Junior Professor at University of Siegen
Jun.-Prof. Dr. Jascha-Alexander Koch studied Business Administration and Electrical Engineering at University of Braunschweig – Institute of Technology. In his studies he focused on finance, national economy and communication technology. In his master thesis he dealt with "Risk Measures in Credit Risk Management”. In July 2019, he successfully completed his doctoral studies and received his Doctorate. His dissertation thesis deals with the topic of "Online Crowdfunding Platforms: Campaign Success, Cancellation, and Fraud". Having spent several years as a researcher at efl - the Data Science Institute, he became a junior professor at University of Siegen in 2022.
