Prof. Dr. Peter Gomber was elected to the Exchange Council of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB)

Peter Gomber, Professor of Business Administration, esp. e-Finance, was elected to the Exchange Council of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB) on January 23 for a further term of three years. The Exchange Council is the highest controlling and supervisory body of an exchange. Among others, it is responsible for the appointment, dismissal, and supervision of the managing directors, and also issues the exchange rules, the fee schedules and the conditions for transactions on the exchange. Prof. Dr. Gomber has been a member of the board since 2011. Congratulations!
